CM Punjab " Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Program"
The Chief Minister of Punjab, has launched APNI ZAMEEN APNA GHAR PROGRAM, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing free land to poor and homeless individuals across the province. Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency is executing Agency and Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department (HUD&PHED) is administrative department for this program.
Detail:
- Under this initiative, 3-marla residential plots will be provided free of cost to eligible beneficiaries.
- The program will be rolled out in phases, with the first phase covering 2000 plots across 23 schemes in 19 districts.
- The initiative will provide relief to homeless individuals, ensuring land ownership for the underprivileged
Phase 1:
Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Baha-Ud-Din, Okara, Rajanpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, and Vehari.

- Applicant's Wife/Husband's CNIC Front Back (if married)
- Applicant's Domicile.
- Applicant's Proof Of Residents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab as per valid CNIC.
- Applications are only allowed for schemes within the applicant's district.
- The applicant, their spouse, or dependent children must not own any plot or house anywhere in Pakistan.
- Applicant has clean criminal record.
- The applicant must not be a defaulter of any bank or financial institution.
- Applicants should ensure the accuracy of provided information, as false declarations may lead to disqualification.
